ATS replaces the inconvenient spacer/stack washer system that is currently used on threadless headsets with an innovative shim that slips over your steer tube. Each of our stems are uniquely designed to fit the ATS shim. Our stems also allow you to keep the preload of the headset, regardless if the stem is installed on the bike or not. Traveling and bike set up is easier and more convenient. Your carbon fiber steer tube is now more protected from crushing as the stem doesn't clamp directly onto it.
